Photos on the website depict the layout of a picnic theme. However, your actual picnic setting details may vary.  

Please be respectful of your picnic reservation by being on time. All picnics have a 2-hour duration. Your picnic starts at the time you have reserved, and not at the time you arrive. Picnics CANNOT be extended beyond the allotted time in order to ensure everyone has equal accommodation.

All picnics have a 2 hour event time. If you would like to leave earlier, please contact us 30 minutes prior to departure via call or text. You are responsible for all picnic items until we return for clean-up. Please do not leave any picnics unattended until we are present.

All picnic items are being rented by you and must be returned undamaged and accounted for. Any loss and or damages done, you are solely responsible for. You are responsible for the cost of replacement items and professional cleaning that may be needed. There will be an automatic fee charged for any loss and or damage in the amount of $150, until total cost of loss and or damage is assessed. Once lost and or damages are assessed you will receive an invoice within 1-2 business days. If loss and or damages occurred are less than the loss and or damage fee of $150, you will be reimbursed the difference. If loss and or damages occurred are greater than the $150 loss and or damage fee, you will be contacted within 1-2 business days to determine how the cost will be paid within 7 business days.

Wine is not provided. However, if the premises permits and you are over 21 years of age, you may bring your own bottle of wine. You must let us know if you are deciding to bring wine, so we can check the rules and regulations of the area. 

Non-Biodegradable items such as: styrofoam, confetti and cigarettes are NOT PERMITTED on picnic premises.

Inclement Weather Policy: If it rains we are happy to reschedule you at no cost, to any available date and time prior to or day of in case of inclement weather (based on calendar availability). We will reach out to our client(s) up to 3 days prior to your reservation day, if the weather seems questionable. However, we urge our guests to do the same so we can plan accordingly. As we will not setup with the weather possibility of rain the day of your scheduled reservation, due to possible damage to rented picnic items.

Location Restrictions: All picnics must be setup within 40 yards of vehicle access. We operate within 15 miles of zip code 27616 (Raleigh, NC). An additional travel fee of $1.50 per mile round trip will apply for locations outside the 15 mile radius of zip code 27616 (Raleigh, NC).
